ThinkNext.com has done it again.  This time posting dozens of screenshots of Windows 7 Milestone 3 build 6780.  In this build an updated interface ribbon based interface is shown along with some enhancements to the Start Panel and Explorer.  The virtual folders of the old Windows Vista beta days seems to a new appearance as Libraries.
