Microsoft today at the Mobile World Congress officially previewed its new Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system for Windows phones. Microsoft also introduced new "Windows Phone" branding for phones that run Windows Mobile.  New features of Windows Mobile 6.5 include a better looking interface, enhanced internet explorer, revamped honeycomb application start screen and other interface tweaks. Microsoft also officially announced the My Phone service that synchronizes your contacts, tasks and more with the web.
