Windows Vista December CTP Update

According to a Microsoft press conference call that I just got off of, the next public testing Vista build, called the December CTP, will be released before the holidays. The latest build (5259) that we all hoped would be the November CTP beta build is a IDW (Internal Developer Workstation) build that is only going to be available to TAP (Technology Adoption Program) customers. Even if you are a technical beta tester, you will still have to wait for the December CTP before the holidays. However, the wait for the next CTP in December will be worth it since Microsoft is claiming that it will be very close to feature complete!
