Today Microsoft has released the latest Community Technology Preview build of the upcoming operating system Windows Vista. The December CTP build shows the latest progress made by developers and according to Microsoft "is near feature complete".
Technical Beta Testers can log into Microsoft Connect to download the new builds now.
