Late Friday Microsoft released a new build to technical beta testers, build 5365.  There were a lot of rumors that a build was going to be out earlier in the week, but those were put to rest when a member of the Windows Beta team posted in the Beta newsgroups stating there was no such build.

Build 5365 is much more refined that previous builds.  Most notably, there are a handful of new gadgets and high quality photo backgrounds.  Additionally, some of the features that were missing in previous builds, such as the ability to see the actual transfer speed of file transfers, are now back.

Small List of New Features:

- CPU Meter Gadget
- Stock Gadget
- Weather Gadget
- Login screen user images (no more pixilation)
- User Account Protection now dims whole screen when it pops-up.
- IE Version updated. New Tabs for switching between tabs and viewing the previews.
- Bottom bar of explorer is now light blue instead of green/blue.
- Disk Defrag appears to be working.
- More of the old XP icons replaced with new Vista looking icons.
