Microsoft is getting ready to release RC2 to beta testers, TAP users and CPP users. They already posted the download page here for the CPP users: http://download.windowsvista.com/preview/rc2/en/download.htm
RC2 will be build 5744. Some expect it to be released on Friday. We shall see!
