New PDC Windows 7 Sessions and build for attendees

Microsoft has updated the Professional Developer Conference 2008 sessions to include 17 new Windows 7 sessions.  Additionally, Microsoft Tech Evangelist Mike Swanson has stated that all attendees will get a pre-beta Windows 7 build.
