On Feb. 15, Steve Ballmer will host a press conference to discuss Windows Mobile 7 at Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona. The event will be streamed live starting at 6AM PST in the Windows Phone Newsroom. Microsoft is expected to demonstrate the new mobile operating system and possibly announce new phones and a new brand for the Windows Mobile 6.5 platform.
